Law Waste Removal is a family-run waste removal and clearance company based in Torbay. We started with a single van and a simple promise — turn up on time, do the job properly, and treat people's homes and waste with respect. That hasn't changed.
Our story
What began as small house clearances for Torbay neighbours has grown into a trusted local service covering the whole of South Devon — but we've kept the same small-team values. You'll usually deal with the same people from your first phone call to the day we sweep up after the collection.
Our mission
To make waste removal in South Devon honest, affordable and as kind to the environment as we can possibly make it. We sort everything we collect, donate what we can to local charities, and recycle the rest at licensed facilities.
Environmental commitment
Up to 95% of the waste we collect is kept out of landfill. We separate recyclables on every job, route reusable furniture and appliances to local reuse partners, and only send to controlled disposal what genuinely can't go anywhere else. It costs us a little more, but it matters.
Our waste carrier licence
Law Waste Removal is registered with the Environment Agency as an Upper Tier licensed waste carrier. You can request our licence number at any time. We provide a duty of care waste transfer note with every commercial collection and we're fully insured for £5 million public liability.
