How much does waste removal cost in Torbay?

Are you a licensed waste carrier?

Yes. Law Waste Removal is registered with the Environment Agency as a licensed Upper Tier waste carrier. We'll happily share our licence number on request and provide a waste transfer note for every clearance.

What happens to the waste you collect?

Accepted Answer

We sort everything on site. Reusable items go to local charities and reuse partners first, recyclables are processed at licensed facilities, and only what can't be reused or recycled goes to controlled disposal. Around 80% is kept out of landfill.

Do I need to be home for the collection?

Not necessarily. As long as we can safely access the waste and the price is agreed, many of our customers leave items outside or in a garden for us to clear while they're at work.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Torbay (Torquay, Paignton, Brixham) plus Dartmouth, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Teignmouth and the surrounding South Devon villages. Outside that area? Ask — we often travel further for larger clearances.

How do I book a collection?

Send photos of your waste via WhatsApp or our quote form, we'll come back to you within an hour or two during working hours to finalise your quotation, and you pick a date that suits you. Pay on the day, cash or card.

Can you remove fridges and freezers?

Yes - we handle white goods under WEEE regulations so they're disposed of correctly rather than dumped.

Do you do skip hire?

No, we have a better solution. Why not try our 1 tonne Greedy Bag service via our winch system lorries, our clearance is cheaper, doesn't need a permit/license, and there's no skip blocking your driveway for a week, same day / next day delivery and collection available.
